Shipping Policy

All orders over the value of $50.00 before taxes will be offered free standard shipping.

"Please allow 2-4 business days processing time from the date of order for your product/s to be shipped."

If your product is unavailable, you will be refunded within 48 business hours and an estimated time of arrival for the product being back in stock will be given to you.

Shipping Restrictions to keep in mind;

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (we ask for an address where there is someone to physically accept the package.)
Please be advised that during Canadian Holidays, there will be no delivery depending on your location. For a complete list of all Canadian Holidays 2023, please read Canada section located below.
We do not offer shipping to the following territories/ provinces: Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.

After your order is placed, we will process and ship all in-stock orders within 2-4 business days.

Out of stock items, will be shipped within 3-5 weeks, contingent on the availability of those items. Within Canada, all orders will be shipped by UPS, Canada Post, or Midland Courier and will be shipped using standard shipping. If you would like your order to be shipped by a specific carrier, please specify the carrier and type of shipping in the message box or on your checkout order form.

Orders under the value of $50.00 CAD, will be charged a flat delivery fee of $12.49 CAD
For orders over the value of $50.00 CAD, we offer free delivery to your doorstep across all provinces in Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut)

USA

For orders with a USA destination address, customers have the option to choose the type of carrier and the delivery time of preference to receive their order. All orders will be processed and shipped to the USA within 2-4 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped within 3-5 weeks, contingent on the availability of the order items.
