This Policy also includes some important information about returns and exchanges.  Please make sure you read and fully understand this policy before placing an order.

At nilepalacetreasures.com we aim at your 100% satisfaction, with every purchase you make on our website.  We promise to deliver the best possible customer service, resolve any issues and to make your experience  a better one. 

Here, we explain our requirements and process for accepting returns.

 

1) Returns are accepted within 14 days

If  you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions;

  1. In its original wraps  and packaging
  2. In the same condition that you received it
  3. Unused, or unworn (for clothing),
  4. With tags, accessories, manuals and other applicable materials.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2) Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nilepalacetreasures.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  We kindly require a picture taken by your mobile device or any other device, with the date and time stamped. Please highlight the defective area(s)  of your item(s) on the photo taken.

We will evaluate the issue accordingly, if it's from our side or carrier and make it right. Rest assured your issue will be resolved in a professional manner.  We will be communicating with you until you are completely satisfied.

 

3) Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items that maybe sold on our site cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), any seasonal items that past the season and personal care items that are intimate or sanitary goods (such as beauty products or clothing). We also (if applicable) do not accept returns for hazardous materials, newspapers or magazines flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on additional items including:

 Certain Sale, clearance items. 

Overstocked items

Gift cards

Downloadable software products (if applicable).

Some health and personal care items (if applicable)

    The fastest and most effective way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Refunds


      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      Unless otherwise authorized or approved by an email confirmation, all items sent back to our warehouse, will be the responsibility of our customers.  This include but not limited to shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges and oversized fees
